I run companies. I use AI to run them better.
I'm not an AI consultant by trade. I'm an operator — docks, EV charging, marine contracting, structured cabling — who got tired of waiting for software to show up and started building it. Along the way I learned what actually pays and what just looks impressive in a demo. If you own a business and want help telling the difference, I'm available.
What I do
Working sessions and ongoing advisory. You bring the business, I bring the map.
- 1
A single working session
Two hours on your business. We go through where your time and money actually leak, and I tell you which of it AI can take and which of it it can't. You leave with a written short list, in order, with what each one costs.
- 2
Ongoing advisory
Monthly. I stay close enough to your operation to be useful — reviewing what you're building, killing the projects that won't pay, and pointing your team or your vendor at the ones that will.
- 3
A second opinion before you spend
Someone quoted you for an AI project. You want to know if the number is fair and whether the thing will work. I'll read the proposal and tell you.
Rates depend on the business. Ask me on the call.
Who this is for
A good fit
Owner-operators doing real revenue with real employees. Trades, contracting, service businesses, small manufacturers. People who answer their own phone. People who want fewer hours in the business, not a new hobby.
Not a fit
Anyone looking for someone to be excited with them. Pre-revenue ideas that need a technical cofounder. Companies wanting a demo for a board deck. If you want to be told your idea is great, I'm the wrong call.
Where this actually shows up in my businesses
Everything below is running in a company I own, not a portfolio piece.
Phones that answer themselves
Voice agents that take after-hours calls, qualify the caller, and put a real appointment on a real calendar. Quiet, unglamorous, pays for itself the first month.
Quoting and estimating
Configurators and pricing tools that turn a site visit into a priced proposal before I'm out of the parking lot.
Finding the next customer
Public records, permits, and licensing data pulled and scored so my morning starts with a list instead of a guess.
The paperwork nobody wants
Bookkeeping, compliance, and the follow-up nobody remembers to send. Handled by software I built in an afternoon.
What I run
These are mine. They're also where every idea above got tested.

Let's talk
Twenty minutes, no pitch. Tell me what the business does and what's eating your week. If I can help, I'll say how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too and probably point you at someone who can.
